Your tasks
Random House Children's Books seeks a manager for the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities include:
?Develop, and execute marketing plans for key licensed brands and properties including Dr. Seuss, Little Golden Books, and Richard Scary.
?Serve as primary contact with licensors and licensees.
?Manage all national corporate promotions related to assigned brands.
?Create retail strategy across all accounts; customize programs where applicable.
?Manage consumer-facing outreach (online and print) and work in partnership with the Consumer Development and Design teams on execution.
?Work with School & Library Marketing and Publicity to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns and messaging.
?Responsible for all third party partner cross promotional efforts.
?Manage monthly title budget and annual contractual spends.
?Develop and deliver campaign presentations and strategies to sales, editorial and retail when applicable.
?Responsible for all sell-in tools; sell sheets, pitch decks, logo?s, etc.
?Co-manage a Marketing Coordinator who will be managing other licensed brands.

Our requirements
Ideal candidate:
?will have 5-7 years marketing and/or related brand experience
?will be self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as in a team
?will have the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
