At RGM Group, Account Managers are critical to the success of the sales team, working to drive advertiser satisfaction during both presale and post-sale process. During the pre-sale process, RGM Group’s account managers work with their sales partners to develop and present media strategy across RGM Group’s exclusive publisher partners, like OpenTable, JustLuxe and more, and across our Alliance publisher partners.

During the post-sale process, Account Managers are essential client facing team members who drive advertiser satisfaction and revenue through delivery of high quality service. Account Managers work with the Ad Operations team to ensure that all media is delivered in a timely manner, and that RGM Group meets all client KPIs including CTR, CPA, and more.

RGM Group is looking for a motivated team player who understands campaign strategy, relationship management, relevant online marketing metrics, and who has strong time management and organizational skills. At RGM Group, we believe in a team environment. Cross-group collaboration skills are critical.

Primary responsibilities:

•Build and present strong, cohesive media proposals
•Brainstorm with internal teams to create advertiser programs that will provide success against client requirements and KPIs
•Track ad campaign performance and ensure programs deliver on time and on budget
•Communicate with client on all campaign related matters.
•Provide resolution of customer issues. Manage and escalate concerns as appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications:
•Minimum of two years experience in online media as an account manager, sales strategist, media planner, or similar role
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•Excellent organizational skills are a must. Account Managers manage multiple deliverables and work as the liaison between clients and internal teams. Strong attention to detail is required.
•Ability to operate and make timely decisions in a fast paced atmosphere
•Proficiency with MS Office suite. Strong PowerPoint skills are a must. Role requires use of Excel and PowerPoint on a daily basis.
