Social Media Manager
Description:The Social Media Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of the social media marketing campaigns across CreativeFeed’s client portfolio and for the agency itself. He/She should have demonstrated expertise working with wine/alcohol brands and have knowledge that applies to technology and/or financial firms. He/She will be the point person in communicating the brand’s main message across all social media properties. The role requires a smart, enthusiastic, and self-sufficient leader that can develop broad strategies, but also detail focused across digital best practices and social programs. The individual must exhibit excellent analytical skills, strong creativity and big thinking abilities, and flawless attention to detail across analytical, project management, and engagement marketing areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, great creative instincts, and experience in digital media, gaming, and social marketing. Core Responsibilities:-Manage social communities (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare,Instagram, Google +, Pinterest) through strategy and tactics-Dream up interactive strategies and creative content that fosters engagement with the targetmarket-Develop and write content for client blogs-Attend client meetings and calls to review campaign success and provide consultation-Provide client reports on deadlineCandidates should have significant experience:-Running the daily posting and monitoring of brand social media profiles-Conceptualizing and managing creative social campaigns, such as contests/giveaways-Creating comprehensive social media strategies-Working closely with accounting and creative to coordinate development and execution of global, regional and local social media programs, assets and content-Consulting clients on social media best practices-Developing and managing creative social experiences such as apps and mircosites-Social media metrics analysis and reportingQualifications:-Must be able to communicate strategies effectively, both in writing and verbally-Minimum 1-2 year experience developing and maintaining social media initiatives – 3 years totalof marketing and/or public relations experience is required -Be able to attend and cover extensive off-site events for our clients across the United States and facilitate national and international travel needs -Evidence of building influencer relationships over time (bloggers and other relationships) -Proven ability to autonomously manage an ongoing social campaign-Savvy and knowledgeable regarding social media trends, innovations and technology-Analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to guide decision making and optimization-Program language knowledge a plus (HTML, CSS)Include Cover Letter with Resume.
