We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to help our strategic clients with campaign planning and ROI optimization. This position is core to our business and the right person will gain significant online experience while contributing directly to the company’s bottom line. This is a position for someone with a minimum of 1-3 years post undergraduate work experience, interested in technology and video advertising. This is a full time position reporting to the Manager, Media Strategy.ResponsibilitiesStrong analytical abilities - Use a wide array of tools (Web applications, Excel, SQL) to identify inventory supply & demand trends to maximize the value of every dollar spent by our clients. We are a data-driven company.Proactive client service - Work directly with clients to help them determine campaign objectives, scope out the plan of attack, and then fully deliver these key performance goals. We pride ourselves on white glove service.Presentation - Identify the best medium to clearly communicate prioritized action items to our clients while acting as the face of BrightRoll campaign operations. We value the fine-tuned balance between written communication and data visualization. Establish internal processes - Work with internal teams to refine and implement processes for our rapidly scaling business. Leveraging constantly evolving ad-tech products to deliver campaigns is the core of our business, and requires efficient coordination across several departments. We understand how these pieces fit together.Requirements•BS/BA Required – Undergraduate experience in a business discipline is preferred. •1-3 years of experience in strategic account management, media planning, and/or programmatic media buying.•Understanding of digital advertising. Experience with online video is a plus.•Hyper-responsive communication internally and to clients.•Strong analytical skills in technical and/or financial areas.•Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL is a plus.•Strong partner communication and presentation skills.•Keen understanding and interest in the impact of Internet technologies on consumption of media across the US.•Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player.
