Role

Partner with Account Manager in daily servicing of clients and executing strategic media plans

Responsibilities

I. Media Strategy and Planning
a. Prepare and communicate all planning documentation in accordance with planning process, policies & procedures
b. Prepare and issue Media Authorizations

II. Media Buying and Stewardship
a. Input and communicate all buying documentation in accordance with the buying process, policies & procedures
b. Implement the approved media plan, completing assigned tasks on time
c. Resolve vendor discrepancies, escalate as needed
d. Conduct preliminary vendor negotiations
e. Compile data for and prepare case studies

III. Client/Agency Management
a. Develop and maintain effective day-to-day relationships with assigned agencies, clients, and Kinetic SBU’s
b. Prepare client documents including, but not limited to recommendations, plans and budgets
c. Identify client issues and propose resolutions
d. Maintain a basic understanding of clients' business and important facets of clients' industries and sectors

IV. Industry Knowledge
a. Maintain a basic understanding of industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, and competitive landscape
b. Attend company vendor meetings (mandatory)

V. Status Reporting
a. Participate in status meetings and provide updates as appropriate
b. Complete and submit accurate timesheets

VI. Technology & Processes
a. Utilize all company systems and planning tools effectively

VII. Corporate Responsibility
a. Comply with all company policies and procedures
b. Demonstrate proper care and respect for corporate assets


Technical Skills
• MS Outlook
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Company systems (Fusion, DDS)
• Planning Systems (Telmar, MRI)

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration or communication
3+ years agency experience or related field experience such as marketing or sales
