PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
This position operates in a general office environment, and requires frequent and continuous use of a personal computer and telephone.
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The Client Services Specialist is proficient in locating information using online customer relationship management systems (Advantage), Web-based knowledge management systems. The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsive, a problem solver and possesses charismatic personality. Must be able to provide vision to client and be proactive by utilizing proven professional communication abilities including active listening.

-High School Diploma (or equivalent). 4 year college degree preferred.
-Able to use a personal computer, mouse and keyboard with proficiency. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
-Basic Web navigation skills and experience
-Effective listening skills required
-Ability to ask probing questions and correctly identify customer needs
-Proven ability in objection handling techniques
-Knowledge of company products, services, marketing campaigns and retention offers
-Self-motivated
-Upbeat, consultative demeanor, combined with a high energy level
-Strong customer focus, team player and strong work ethic
-Able to multi-task (listening to a meeting while taking thorough notes)
-Strong communication, organization and time management skills
-Ability to maintain composure
-Able to deal with customers under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy
--Strong interpersonal skills
-Strong verbal communications skills including diction, grammar and tone
-Able to handle confidential information
-Interest in further developing sales skills through on the job experience and computer based training or similar programs is desirable
