Alloy's suite of owned and operated and partner sites provide pop-culture editorial around fashion, beauty, music and celebrity. With an in-house production studio, we also create scripted and custom video content that is sold on a premium basis to major entertainment, fashion, consumer products, gaming and technology companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Work within a service environment of corporate clients that need to upgrade, maintain and improve their video technology and programming infrastructure solutions and their video programming distribution both on their owned and operated sites and/or Alloy's network of video enabled sites to distribute client video programming
* Manage our video and programming products usage in partnership with online media publisher clients' video programming environment, needs, expectations, budget and priorities through our services and solutions as well as prospective clients testing of our video and programming products
* Develop skills to properly propose additional products and services to help clients achieve their key priorities for managing technology solutions and resources
* Generate an accurate weekly forecast. Participate in weekly meeting, prepared to discuss current status of pending projects, proposals and challenges
* Maintain timely and accurate database of client contact data


* 1-3 years of Digital media Ad operations experience
* Video platform experience a major + other digital media operations within consultative, product or service experience will be considered
* Participate in developing technical account strategy with Account Managers and provide pre and post sales support for technical solutions and capabilities
* Proactive regular meetings with clients to review infrastructure requirements, systems capacity and other technical related interest.
* Regular meeting and contact with clients to review service quality, service issues, satisfaction with technical services and keeping clients informed of progress of any promised actions or remedies.
* Keep clients updated on Alloy Digital technologies and product roadmaps and ascertain potential prospects for future sales.
* Provide technical advice to clients using TR expert groups where necessary.
* Support beta testing by identifying suitable sites and gather beta feedback.
* Provide feedback from clients to internal groups on service expectations, service performance perceptions, capability issues and enhancement ideas.
* Provide the technical interface to clients during problem resolutions including keeping clients informed of progress and re medial actions being taken.
* Value added technical services *e.g. out-of-scope technical services.
* Take the lead escalation point for either Client or Alloy Digital internal group.
