Job Summary:

Applicants will work closely with the E-Book Operations team to track emerging trends in the digital marketplace, monitor e-book production schedules, and analyze sales data. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the digital publishing space.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Preparing e-book files for distribution
-Preparing and tracking E-Book Agreements
-Monitoring publication metadata and tracking sales
-Reviewing e-book files for quality assurance
-Updating Trident’s website and social media pages
-Keeping up to date with digital publishing trends
-Researching marketing and social media opportunities
-Performing administrative duties for the department including answering and placing telephone calls, tracking payments, and coordinating meetings

-Bachelor’s degree
-1-2 years’ experience at an agency or in book publishing
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Superior organizational skills and very detail-oriented
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task
-Knowledge of and experience with digital publishing platforms a PLUS
