Your tasks
Random House Publishing Services seeks a Manager of Client Support.

The Client Support Manager is a curious individual who enjoys helping others. A CSM has a passion for operations, systems and understanding how things work. It is also an individual who can explain complex issues in a straightforward and easily understandable fashion. Day to day responsibilities include supporting RHPS clients on operational and financial concerns:

-Integrations
-De-integrations
-Statement reviews
-Pricing questions
-Inventory, warehousing, freight, fulfillment and returns questions
-Audits
-eBook processes
-Sales transaction issues
-General service-related questions including contractual issues and concerns

Additionally the Client Support Manager is responsible for:
-Developing processes related to new client services (such as, eBook conversions, eBook billing etc)
-Client participation in corporate initiatives such as International rights management
-Projects related to the billing of new services and offerings
-Working with the clients during the budget and reforecast process
-Providing analytical support to the head of Finance
-Manage smaller-scale projects either independently or in a supporting capacity including finance-focused, strategic and process-improvement projects.

Our requirements
Ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of related experience.
