We are seeking a Creative/Office Assistant to serve as the chief support person to our San Francisco Creative Leadership team; and act as liaison to the Mullen/West Coast Operations Lead.If you are content to answer the phone & send e-mail, then this is NOT the job for you. We want someone engaging and exciting, who is looking to break into the world of advertising. Responsibilities of the Creative/Office Assistant include, but are not limited to: Provide overall administrative and organizational support to the Creative leadership team. Manage virtual calendars, appointments, conferences and meeting requests.Concierge visitors and phone calls/e-mails (receive, screen, handle, field).Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.Prepare and track expense reports.Assist with office supplies and deliveries.Tackle any daily office challenges.Opportunity to assist with client/creative production & campaign needs as they arise.Lastly, an outgoing, engaging persona is required. If you are shy, quiet, and seek to avoid the limelight, this is not the role for you.

Requirements:Four-year degree is required.Prior professional experience in an office/corporate/agency setting is required. This is not an entry-level role. You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.Mullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace.
