Bullseye Strategy, a young and growing digital marketing and partnership firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an energetic digital marketing coordinator. The successful candidate will demonstrate basic web knowledge, be passionate about digital marketing, strive for excellence to deliver results-oriented digital marketing strategies for our top clients, and be eager to learn through hands-on day-to-day implementation in all facets of digital marketing.

Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator position at Bullseye Strategy offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a digital marketing agency working on a variety of projects to build your skill set. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment accomplishing tasks across three major areas:

•Analytical and Operational Support
•Digital Marketing Project Implementation
•Social Media Content Management and Planning


Job responsibilities are associated with the three major areas as outlined below.

Analytical and Operational Support

•Follow trends and offer recommended best practices for all agency teams.
•Assist with the analysis of campaign performance related to seasonal and promotional events.
•Provide site analysis and recommend ways to integrate marketing efforts into brand assets.

Digital Marketing Project Implementation

•Support SEO, social media, email marketing, media buying and planning and website development efforts.
•Assist with the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
•Project manage some campaigns with internal stakeholders to provide support to larger client goals.

Social Media Content Creation and Planning

•Assist in writing content for social media editorial calendars.
•Schedule targeted messaging using Hootsuite, TweetAdder and other social content management tools.
•Optimize timing of messaging across all social channels based on engagement metrics.

Desired Skills and Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising or related field.
•Strong MS Office Skills (Word, PPT, Excel); MUST be above average proficiency in Excel
•Comfortable in team environment.
•Excellent writing, editing, presentation and verbal communication skills.
•Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, etc.
•Aware of time sensitive projects and complete projects in a timely manner
•Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
