Us Weekly, a leading voice in celebrity, pop culture and entertainment, is looking for a Digital Marketing Director based in New York City.

Job Responsibilities:
•Advance the digital marketing capabilities of through big idea thinking and innovation in product delivery mechanisms to meet advertiser needs
•Lead in the ideation of custom programs in response to digital RFP’s and articulate in persuasive proposals
•Manage post-sale program production including video content creation, digital design and implementation
•Run point between with Online Edit, Producers, AdOps and Ad Sales to push new boundaries in digital marketing
•Seek out new partners to enhance content

•8+ year experience in marketing for digital media
•Fluent in digital ad units and social media
•Sophisticated understanding of the young female audience and an ability to design programs that engage
•Proven demonstration of exceptional creative/innovation thinking
•Strong digital and video production management experience with ability to multi-task
•Strong creative eye with the ability to evaluate design
•Detail oriented with impeccable writing skills
•A positive team presence and team collaborator
•Passion for pop culture, style and/or beauty
•Proficient at Power Point
•A history within a print/online organization (preferred but not required)
