To develop and implement partnership marketing projects on behalf of the GREAT Britain cross government marketing campaign. In addition, scope and develop key tactical co-opportunities to work with US and Canadian airlines, to offer incremental visitors and immediate business for Britain through 2016. Support the team with additional ad-hoc non-tourism partnerships on territory.

- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject, preferably a communications or marketing degree.
- Proven track record in working in project teams to deliver all aspects of partnership work/campaigns from idea generation to evaluation of results. An enabler with an open and collaborative style.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, work well with different types of partners/team members and keep strong levels of communication open.
- High level of creativity and entrepreneurial style. Able to generate great ideas, develop concepts, match partners, and coordinate all project aspects.
- Strong marketing and campaign management skills. Solid experience in a marketing position.
- Ability to work creatively with small budgets and maximize central resources and support.
- Results orientated.
- A thorough understanding of digital marketing including media buy, social media ideally experience with segmentation and re-targeting
- Client services approach. Service minded and an ability to implement a strategy on behalf of a partner. Passion about providing first class customer service.
- Full understanding of the UK tourism industry landscape and a strong commitment to deliver on behalf of Britain PLC. Proven experience working with North American clients. Good product knowledge of the UK a distinct advantage.
- Good organisational skills. Takes the initiative and anticipates future situations and acts to avoid problems.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong team orientation with a willingness and preparedness to share and seek information, knowledge, help and support others within the team and across the region.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.
- Presentation skills & report writing
- Fully computer literate in all MS Office applications
- Budgetary and financial management skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region and to the UK as required
