Email Marketing Coordinator
The Email Marketing Coordinator role requires a cross section of tactical skills, strategic thinking and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects while meeting strict deadlines. This role will support the daily execution of emails for both new business and renewal campaigns, as well as other marketing communications. This position will also assist in the creation of tactical marketing plans and creative executions, and track key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

-Set up and deployment of email campaigns through ESP
oMeet with marketers to discuss campaign goals, targets and timelines
oWork with other departments to confirm current offers, create campaign codes and promotion codes, and manage creative approval process
oSet up campaigns in email system; Ensure all elements are correct
oProvide campaign information required for customer service (PDFs of creative, offer parameters, upsell copy, etc.)

-Marketing communications
oSet up and deploy scheduled enewsletters
oDeploy regularly scheduled and ‘on-demand’ customer notifications
oParticipate in strategy and development of communication series geared towards customer retention

-Weekly and Monthly reporting
oReport and analyze results for newsletter, acquisitions, and renewals channels
oTrack and report on key email-related metrics
oInvoice verification and follow up

-Ongoing list management
oCreate mail lists for renewals, acquisition emails and general promotions
oEnsure that unsubscribe lists are properly updated and work with other departments to maintain/improve list integrity

-Help create process documentation and support documentation
oCreate and update process documents for work flow
oProvide suggestions for improvement and time-saving measures
oConduct research as needed on work tools and best practices


-Bachelor’s Degree required.
-At least 1-2 years experience, preferable in email marketing and execution.
-Proficiency in HTML, Dreamweaver (CSS), and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
-Strong Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Must have strong attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
