LiveHealthier is looking for a Marketing Manager, savvy in consumer communications to join our new and innovative Marketing and Engagement Team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for development and execution of consumer marketing communications plans that drive participation in and success of the employee wellness program. The Marketing Manager is responsible for creative brief development; creative team briefing; and ensuring all executions and touch points are on strategy and meet client expectations. The Marketing Manager teams with Program Managers to ensure writing and content for materials is consumer-focused and resonates. He/she also ensures the portal carries consistent message points; has a consistent ‘look-and-feel’ and offers an excellent user experience. The Marketing Manager reviews campaign performance and optimizes resources from the creative team. Deliverables in this position include: integrated communication plans, target audience demo and psychographic profiles, creative briefs, seamless end user experience, consumer oriented content and primary research. This newly created position will report to the Director of Engagement. The Marketing Manager will join forces with a fast-growing, energetic team who are passionate about health and wellness.

Major Activities:

•Develop integrated marketing communication plans that leverage consumer research and book-of-business learning
•Develop copy and guide content for online and print communications pieces
•Oversee the delivery of a seamless end-user experience that maintains communication and visual integrity, while driving consumer participation
•Develop and execute A/B test plans for both creative and copy
•Project manage all aspects of the marketing communications plan execution
•Effectively communicate and coordinate with Client Services and Production

Experience and Characteristics:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
•3+ years’ experience in developing and implementing consumer marketing plans for new and existing products
•B2C experience REQUIRED
•Consumer marketing experience: branding, A/B testing, metrics/measurement
•Familiarity with best practices for online marketing
•Strong writing skills; including writing for the web
•Superb organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail
•Ability to operate on a strategic and tactical level
•Personality that thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing market and environment
•A desire to help and motivate people to improve their health
