The Week Publications Integrated Account Manager will be responsible for multi-media sales (print, digital, mobile, tablet) across both The Week and Mental Floss, based out of New York City.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who will adapt to change, take ownership and bring new ideas to the table. The role requires a firm grasp of media planning and buying, print and digital advertising and the qualitative and quantitative merits of The Week’s brand portfolio.

Responsibilities
•Aggressively grow existing and prospective accounts across The Week’s and Mental Floss print and digital properties
•Engage in rigorous prospecting and follow-up with potential advertisers to expend revenue pipeline
•Maintain deep and personal relationships with current and potential clients to provide exceptional client service and support
•3-5+ years of sales experience with national advertisers. Print and digital experience a plus.
•A proven ability to plan, develop and implement sales strategies that produce results
•Excellent communications, presentation, written and organizational skills
•Creatively sell The Week's assets outside of the "general presentation" via creative ideas
•Develop, sell, execute, and manage long-term multi-platform programs utilizing one's knowledge of multiple media channels

Requirements:
? BS/BA Required
? 3-5+ years media sales experience. Print and digital a plus
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and problem-solving
?Strong relationships and contacts within the advertising agency community
? Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills
