Pyramid Consulting Group, a full-service staffing agency specializing in fashion recruitment, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This role blends a little bit of management, communications, marketing and graphic design, so experience wearing many hats for a smaller company would be ideal. Requirements: • Post and manage job listings• Manage accounts with all job boards and vendors • Act as a point of contact for software/website/job board issues, and resolve with efficiency• Write and develop marketing materials for client presentations, career fairs, and other events• Keep marketing decks up to date and prepare them for client presentations and pitches• Produce a weekly newsletter and blast to candidates • Write weekly blog posts• Produce marketing ideas and materials to promote brand awareness• Coordinate and assist with career fairs• Manage social media accounts• Manage interns, as necessary• Other duties as requiredQualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree• 1-3 years as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar creative role• Staffing/HR exposure a plus – experience managing Indeed and other job board accounts will get you lots of extra points!• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop required, Adobe Illustrator a plus• Must be very computer savvy • Must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills• Must be a good writer and able to communicate effectively• Some management experience will be helpful• Solid understanding of SEOPlease submit your resume and your portfolio (as a link or attachment) with “Marketing Coordinator” in the subject line for consideration.
