Manage and prioritize email campaign related project requests and creative briefs.
Act as bridge between key stakeholders and in-house and freelance creative team to outline and communicate campaign strategy requirements and goals.
Will be working on several email campaigns for Hearst products, as well as working closely with members of the marketing team to develop, test and optimize new email campaigns. The overall focus of the role will be to drive revenue in the email channel while ensuring profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide instruction to creative teams to ensure all email creative follows best practices and is representative of the brand.
Coordinate all aspects of email deployments such as tracking URLs, brand specific content images/copy, targeting requirements, segmentation, A/B testing, creative materials and subject lines.
QA all campaigns to ensure accurate and error-free execution of links and targeting rules to deliver the best customer experience.
Pull reporting and analyze email creative performance and conversion data.
Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Familiarity with web-based campaign and content management systems
Ability to work extremely well cross-functionally to meet marketing objectives
Ability to manage multiple projects, people, and initiatives in parallel
Excels in fast-paced, high-volume and deadline-driven environment
Experience with HTML a plus (ability to edit code)

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience executing email marketing activities for high-volume brands
Experience working with an email service provider, such as eDialog
Experience working with email applications for campaign building/deployment
