The Middleware Product Owner is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Client Services team, Project Management team, Publishing Services Management team, Software Development team and Affiliate webmasters (users) to ensure customer satisfaction and that goals are met.
 
Required Skills:
•Experience with developing and maintaining systems
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Project/Feature estimation
•Experience with SQL
•Excellent teamwork skills
•Experience with Project Management tools
 
Essential Job Functions:
•Oversee the strategic planning, implementation and priority of new features, updates and enhancements
•Assist with support escalation issues
•Work with Project Management team and outside vendors to provide finalized SOW
•Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and prototypes
•Coordinate the knowledge transfer of new features and enhancements to T2 support staff and explain how it ties into the affiliate business need as well as other departmental inner dependencies (Advantage, Opium, Message Central, M.I., Fulfillment, Customer Service)
•Ensure detailed documentations of enhancements and workflow process
