Senior Creative Services Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred. We will consider candidates who have a strong breadth of relevant coursework in design.•Minimum 5 years relevant experience in print/brand and web design•Portfolio of design work from current or past jobs•Fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat •Web design/interactive development capabilities; knowledge of information architecture/usability standards preferable•Ability to both execute design and provide design guidance to outside designers and contractors.•Exceptional ability to see projects through all phases of implementation including: concept generation; design development; and materials execution, while maintaining timelines and staying on budget •Ability to partner with teammates, build relationships and establish new processes to ensure collaboration delivers best possible end products•Impeccable attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills•Ability to articulate the potential and power of design, and deliver presentations on visual brand standards•Thorough understanding of print process, color theory and typography•Experience directing and overseeing both studio and location photo shoots a plus•Ability to store, organize and share design files in various formats to ensure ease of accessibility•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group•Ability to travel on occasion for national events, training of school marketing staff, video and photo shoots at schools, and other projects as needed•Ability to work well with others in a virtual work environment and with a geographically distributed Marketing teamOUR VALUES – WHAT WE BELIEVE:Sense of purpose.
