AOL is looking for a Category Solutions Manager to partner with the Advertising Sales team and create compelling advertising solutions and presentations. This creative, solutions-oriented candidate will have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience in digital media planning and deck preparation. The ideal person is highly organized and detailed- oriented, has strong communication skills and is capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work alongside AOL Sales and Category Solutions to support, create and drive compelling presentations using visual aids and other sales collateral
• Lead owner for content gathering and initial build of RFP responses and proactive presentations
• Ability to create innovative media and marketing concepts, which help tell the story that drives advertising revenue
• Work closely with cross functional teams across AOL to develop strategic solutions
• Responsible for identifying and learning new AOL products, tools and services and teaching

Skills:
• Superior Power Point skills a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Results oriented, accountable, strong work ethic, strong team player
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or other design software a plus
• Experience pulling research and syndicated data sources like comScore, Forester, etc.
• Able to work effectively and excel in a matrix organization; Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily
• Passion for the changing media landscape, self-educated on the trends in consumer behaviors and inventive ways to reach a targeted audience
