The Associate Media Director's role is one of leadership and management, working closely with EVP, Executive Director, Media. The AMD - Digital manages digital media investments across all clients, and leads in digital media strategy development, process improvement, and client and new business presentations. The candidate must be able to develop and clearly articulate digital media strategy and capabilities, internally as well as to clients and new business prospects.

-Minimum of 7 years agency experience; at least 3 years in digital-only or digital-primary role
-Minimum of 5 years managing a team
-Strong client service ability and comfort
-Excellent presentation, negotiation and communications skills
-In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices, and their roles in the context of the overall media mix
-Strong mathematical and analytical skills
-Working knowledge of online research tools
-Ability to manage time efficiently by multitasking and prioritizing workload
-Understanding of online execution, tracking and billing

-Strengthen the agency's digital media capabilities
-Increase internal and external visibility of digital media capabilities
-Build and maintain client relationships
-Lead client presentations when necessary
-Supervise, direct and review the development and implementation of digital media plans, in collaboration with the account team
-Establish relevant digital performance metrics, and manage the collection, reporting, interpretation, and implementation of insights from the data
-Ensure key information is communicated to team in a timely and effective manner, including client, internal and vendor related issues
-Motivate, manage and help digital media team grow professionally
-Manage expectations of clients and deliverables
-Maintain overall workflow within the department
-Actively support and participate in agency recruitment
