Business Analyst/Project Manager
The Business Analyst is the heart of the Technology Innovation team. BA's are process driven and think critically about how to solve business needs. BA's work with account management and production teams on mid-to-large scale digital marketing and digital systems projects. Candidates must have proven digital marketing capabilities, the ability to generate clear and detailed technical project documentation, and an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, creative environment.Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree. -2-4 years experience in digital account management or interactive project management roles. -Proven ability to meet deadline, juggle multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced office. -Proficient in project estimating, scheduling and timeline management. -Have a solid understanding of data and asset management, site architecture, technical requirements and workflows. -Strong understanding of digital production processes, technologies and online marketing communications. Duties: -Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. -Gather and coordinate project information; helping to build project specifications/requirements and building project timelines and estimates. -Manage creative, technical and production resource allocation for interactive projects. -Lead QA and Proofing of interactive deliverables; create testing plans for account teams to follow. -Co-lead future interactive project direction with Account Managers. -Effectively prioritizes and manages workload. -Analyze website usage and make recommendations to improve performance and usability. -Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. -Work independently with users to define concepts and direction of project managers (or AE's in our space). -Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. -Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. -Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. -Serves as the conduit between the internal and external customers and the development team through which requirements flow. -Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. -Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.No phone calls or external recruiting agencies please.
