JOB DESCRIPTION:

WeddingWire seeks a full-time Advertising Account Executive who will play a key role in evangelizing the WeddingWire platform to local wedding and event professionals. She/he will be responsible for developing relationships with local vendors in an assigned territory and will be measured on monthly revenue goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Making cold and warm calls
Proactively prospecting wedding and event venues
Selling ad placement and other online business marketing solutions to small, medium and large-sized businesses
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Excellent phone presence; have the ability to radiate confidence and energy over the phone
Results oriented drive and work ethic
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Extremely organized
Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way
Manage time well while correctly prioritizing tasks
Strong academic record
Proven ability to achieve challenging sales quotas
Media, advertising or software sales experience required

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree
1-4+ years successful sales experience required
