The Director of Interactive Marketing is part of the senior staff and is responsible for the oversight of all interactive needs for our clients.

•Work with executive staff overseeing creative and account services staff, interactive developers and programmers
oOversee the production, re-purposing and creation of all interactive needs
•Work with programmers and developers on website needs for all clients
oKeeping brands fresh and sites relevant
oOversee content across all sites
•Work closely with Directors, Associates and other members of the team to guide and oversee all interactive marketing needs and for clients
oBuilding and fleshing out interactive strategies, guiding all advertising needs with Directors and clients
oGuide local and national media buys
•Work closely with Directors and team to support, build and maintain basic analytics, SEO, SEM, Retargeting and ad serving needs for clients
•Work with Directors on the collection and consolidation of data and reporting tools
oAbility to provide context and guidance of analytics to assist Directors and clients on all efforts
oProject manage to report and track deliverables, identify issues and guide next steps
•Act as part of the senior staff to formulate and lead staff meetings with interactive and creative teams, national and local directors
oEstablish best practices over multiple platforms, stay apprised of changes in the interactive space
oMaintain systems of communication to staff, regional offices and clients; actively share knowledge and lessons learned from project experiences
oProvide training to peers and clients in relevant technologies and systems
oWork closely with staff to establish standards of communication, reporting and general account services
•Manage the work flow and trafficking of jobs internally for all client needs
oMonitor the quality and accuracy of content in printed materials and online
oSet priorities and manage expectations internally and externally
•Create and maintain relationships will all outside vendors
oMaintain leading edge knowledge in emerging technologies and opportunities
oSeek new relationships in the interactive space
•Work with executive staff and teams on new business development and pitches
•Assist interactive teams with basic coding needs
•Other duties of the senior staff as assigned

Required Skills
•Previous project management experience
•Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Flash and Google Analytics
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Basic knowledge of HTML

•Ability to manage and guide staff with strong ownership of problem solving and finding solutions
•Self motivated and organized
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure and work independently
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, formal and informal)
•Desire to learn and grow our business in the interactive space

Additional Skills
•MAC and PC proficient
•Knowledge of Ticketmaster, Paciolan, Tessitura and other ticketing systems
•Responsive design experience
•Familiarity with Beanstalk and Tortoise SVN
•Understanding of UX/UI
•Understanding of ad serving platforms (i.e. DFA, MediaMind, Atlas, etc.)
