Essential Functions:
-Gather content from subject matter experts (SMEs)
-When the explanation of a certain feature is complicated, look for ways to suggest improvements or breakdown the feature into smaller manageable parts
-When a traditional document is needed, gather content, verify the content, organize it to produce clear, concise, accurate documentation
-Track progress in our tracking system
-Understand the business process management of Publishing Services and affliates.
-Design an alternative business process work flow.
-Making appropriate recommendations for suggested solutions.
-Preparing presentations for the proposed suggestions.
-Getting the feedback and comments and act upon them.
-Knowledge about the Publishing Services software.
-Identifying the areas for improvements and business issues.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Exceptional grammar, spelling, communication, organization, and time-management skills including technical writing skills.
-Methodical, detail-oriented, efficient, organized, and resourceful
-Microsoft Office proficiency
-Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
-Driven to deliver exceptional results
-Understanding of systems development concepts.
-The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
-Business case development.
-Modeling techniques and methods.
-Pleasant with others on the job; a good-natured, cooperative attitude

-Bachelors Degree Required
-3--5 years’ experience in Business Analysis
-Working knowledge of both practical and theoretical aspects of business analysis
-Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
-Knowledge of publishing industry and Advantage software application
-Ability to function in an agile project environment
