The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing Marketing strategies, and executing them to increase brand awareness and improve demand generation efforts for the company. The Marketing Manager will provide critical support to the Marketing Team for all marketing and sales-related initiatives. The Manager should be a detail-oriented and creative marketer, who wants to help inspire innovative marketing ideas to build the brand while drive more effectiveness and efficiency into demand generation campaigns.


Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate distribution of routine marketing emails and produce performance reports
• Develop, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Participate in brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
• Select and present cost effective and efficient media that provides extensive reach, ultimately resulting in increased awareness among our audiences
• Think cross-functionally and drive integrated marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with other Marketing team members to execute programs related to events, tradeshows and partnerships
• Develop and execute regional and local advertising programs
• Measure and report on success of campaigns, including full marketing/sales funnel analysis through CRM system
• Lead transition to online portals and work to integrate with CRM
• Oversee Marketing Communications to sales team, including bi-weekly updates, regular meeting attendance
• Assess sales team needs and produce appropriate materials (collateral, direct mail campaigns, online sales tools etc.) to support their efforts
• Manage and build effective relationships with vendors (agencies, printers, designers, etc.)
• Assist with the management of content on company website

• Must be able to function as part of a team
• Capable of setting priorities when multiple demands are present
• Occasional travel required (10%)
• Comfortable working in an office setting and working remotely


Experience Needed:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role
• Proficient with email service providers (ESPs) such as Exact Target, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce and segmenting customer data
• Familiar with Wordpress or other content management systems
• Comfortable with SEO, paid search, and social media best practices

Educational Background Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
