We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our North Carolina team.This is an excellent opportunity to gain a well-rounded knowledge of Human Resources with great potential for advancement. Initial HR responsibilities will include:Assist Talent Architect (HR Manager) with office responsibilitiesAssist with recruiting - managing interview schedules and meetingsAssist with training/development programsLight employee relations.Some Office responsibilities to include:Front Desk CoordinationWorking with vendors on general office needsOrdering SuppliesCandidate interview travel booking & interview schedulingNew hire relocations

Four-year degree is required.A minimum of 1 year work experience in Human Resources or Office Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office functions.Ability to work independently in a fast paced, often stressful environment.Be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.Mullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace
