Knock Knock Manufacturing Coordinator
Full Time
Major Responsibilities:
•Under the direction of the Manufacturing Director, oversee the production of Knock Knock’s Signature line extensions, basic formats, foreign editions, POP displays, catalogs, and tradeshow items. This includes requesting pricing, reviewing dummies, circulating proofs and samples to the creative team, corresponding with vendors, and maintaining strict adherence to process, schedules and quality.
•Manage replenishment ordering. Attend meetings, place orders, coordinate revised file submissions with the Production Manager, track and maintain delivery schedules.
•Coordinate Foreign Edition orders ensuring a smooth and clear process and on time deliveries.
•Communicate and work with overseas and domestic manufacturers providing clear expectations about quality and on time delivery of goods.
•Manage safety-testing process. Working with the Manufacturing Director, review seasonal and custom list for any SKUS that will need testing. Coordinate sample submissions to labs. Diligently maintain safety-testing log. Remain updated on changes to Prop 65, CPSIA, and other industry related regulations.
•Coordinate sales samples and rep kit sample ordering.
•Maintain vendor database by entering any new vendor information and updating any changes to existing information.
•Source new materials and/or vendors as needed.
•Provide general administrative support.

•3-5 years print production experience. Exposure to stationery and format manufacturing a plus.
•Strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques and materials with ability to suggest design alternatives to meet pricing targets.
•Excellent communication and follow-up skills, both oral and written in order to communicate effectively with in-house team as well as overseas vendors.
•Experience with overseas manufacturing.
•Familiar with US and international safety standards.
•Excellent reporting and documentation skills, especially around pricing and specifications.
•Drive to learn about new manufacturing materials and techniques.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Ability to organize and schedule work effectively and efficiently, juggling multiple projects at once. Maintain attention to detail and the big picture.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with periodic crunches for deadlines, staying focused and calm under pressure.
•Desire to learn and grow in a professional capacity. Openness to feedback and guidance.
•Ability to be hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.
•Strong work ethic, team spirit, integrity, and a sense of humor.
