The Account Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operational success of their accounts and the management of their teams. This position will report to an Account Director and serve as the main point of contact for the service delivery teams. The Supervisor is accountable for Managing Client relationships and providing operational direction to service team members. Supervisors collaborate with their peers on both the strategy and data and insights teams to bring innovative ideas to their clients. They ensure that all projects and deliverables are executed effectively, efficiently and on budget.

Responsibilities:
•Manage the operational success of the accounts to ensure that deliverables are met on time and on budget
•Oversee account team(s) providing daily management as well as performance feedback and career development/growth opportunities
•Act as point of contact to client as needed, participating in and managing campaign progression
•Work with strategy, data and insights and service delivery teams to execute clients’ strategic plans and provide best in class performance marketing deliverables
•Lead client meetings and presentations
•Find opportunities for organic growth of accounts as the digital landscape evolves
•Work with Account Directors and Group Account Directors to ensure appropriate staff levels on each piece of business
•Work with Account Directors to monitor account profitability and ensure accurate billing and forecasting to ensure the financial health of the accounts
•Active role in interviewing process for open positions, making recommendations around hiring, promotion, discipline and related personnel actions

Requirements:
•3+ years of demonstrated success working within digital media industry, with at least 1 year of Team Management experience
•3+ years of related client management experience, with a focus on Paid Search / SEM
•Strong Analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven environment
•Proven ability to service large (Fortune 1000) clients
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Proven ability to set team priorities and collaborate with other agency departments to deliver products/services to clients
•Proven track record of building partnerships and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of stress tolerance
•Proven technical understanding of all things Performance Marketing (PPC, Paid and Earned Social Media, SEO, Mobile, Affiliates, Feeds)
•Proven track record of successfully directing and managing client-service focused technical project execution.
•High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
•Demonstrated ability to understand and leverage technology to solve marketing challenges
•Adept at managing client expectations as it relates to scope and delivery of service
•Strong media background and familiarity with multiple media channels particularly in the areas of digital/search
•Bachelor’s degree required
