Education: BA in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Experience: 5 years experience in Account Services
Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills; attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft including Excel; knowledge of In-Design preferred.

•Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all client deliverables are met in a timely manner and exceed expectations
•Manage day-to-day client relationships, proactively addressing issues, managing expectations, finding creative solutions and ensuring working relationship remains healthy
•Provide internal team with updates on industry news and client business that will help them deliver excellent work that meets business objectives
•Work with creative teams to understand and apply client changes and requests
•Serve as liaison between client and internal staff
•Monitor workflow process for creative teams to find efficiencies and improvements
•Maintain working knowledge of Pace brand and capabilities, acting as ambassador to client and internal teams and seeking new areas of growth
•Develop and maintain budget for all projects; liaison with department lead, Accounting, CFO and client to address discrepancies and changes
•Act as point person for applicable accounts for internal groups at Pace
•Spearhead new projects
