The Digital Producer position is with MSNBCs new program anchored by Alec Baldwin to air Fridays at 10pm. Digital Producer will be responsible for managing the digital presence of the show, which includes writing for the show website, management and distribution of video clips and the growth & management of The shows social media accounts. Assist with the development, editing, and creation of editorial content (text, photo & video) for online platforms. Work in Editor capacity with producers to develop and refine editorial tone and voice through its daily blogs and social media outlets Research and write posts which are relevant and of interest to the Show audience Grow, maintain and serve as community manager for Shows social media accounts Lead the online conversation as the voice of the Show before, during and after the television show.



Bachelor’s degree Two years’ experience creating multimedia content Strong writing skills Familiarity with standard blogging/publishing software Familiarity with social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook and Twitter Interested candidates must submit a resume through nbcunicareers.com to be considered Must be able to work a flexible schedule and weekend work may be required. Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must be 18 years or older.



Experience shooting, producing and editing video for the web is preferred HTML skills, basic photo-editing skills Experience with Final Cut, Avid or other software based video editing is a plus Speedy decision-making and quick reactions to newsworthy/fresh topics Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
