Amazon.com is building a portfolio of self-service, cost per click advertising programs. We are building a new team who will own go to market strategy, adoption, advertiser success and support of existing and new self-service advertising programs. This team will have functional expertise in marketing, account management, market analysis and program management. Working directly with advertisers we will develop strong feedback mechanisms to inform the product road-map working closely with product managers and developers.

As a new business our team offers great opportunities for results-oriented individuals who have vision and are customer obsessed. When you join our team you will have the opportunity to work across a range of advertising programs including brand new and established products. Regardless of which products you work on, it is still "day 1" for our account management team and we have a multitude of high-quality problems to solve. In your role as a Strategic Account Manager you will help define your role working to identify controllable inputs which enable product teams to drive revenue and deliver an amazing customer experience. You will have direct responsibility for reducing and eliminating friction and complexity which prevent advertisers from successfully using our products to grow their business. Your day to day activities will change constantly as our business grows and you can expect to work on launching new advertisers, work with beta and top tier advertisers, create and establish programs that impact thousands of advertisers and build business cases to drive feature development with product and engineering teams. This is a critical role and your efforts will drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth and product improvements.
