Account Manager - Experiential Marketing
TH Productions is seeking an Account Manager to join our talented and growing team! The ideal candidate will strive for excellence across the board while ensuring clients' needs and objectives are met from concept through execution. The Account Manager must be a confident leader with exceptional client management skills, advanced verbal and written communication skills, analytic strategic thinking and immaculate organization and time management skills. This role demonstrates a high level of competency in handling complex problems that require excellent judgement, ingenuity and decision making. Ideal candidate will have experience working with accounts in beauty, fashion, and consumer products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:•Liaise with Business Development team on new and existing accounts and client pitches•Manage assigned accounts from proposal through execution working alongside both the creative and production teams•Set realistic client expectations and make every effort to exceed them•Participate in and often lead client presentations•Act as client advocate internally and as agency’s advocate to clients•Work with internal leadership team to manage agency team across disciplines against changing client needsQUALIFICATIONS:•Minimum of 4+ years in an Account Management position in an agency environment •Excellent grammar and attention to detail•Excellent organizational, time management and verbal/written communication skills•Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding, fast-paced, creative environment•Passionate interest in experiential marketing and events with an understanding of this industry•Advanced problem solving skills and a solution-oriented approach to client managementPlease submit cover letter and resume directly to email@example.com.
