Video Sales Associate/Account Manager, Conde Nast Entertainment
 Primary Responsibilities
  • Utilize the PeopleSoft sales system to:
    • Check inventory availability
    • Hold inventory
    • Enter Insertion Orders
    • Enter campaign optimizations
    • Maintain Weekly Estimates for Sales Rep
  • Complete Creative Services Forms:
    • Job Initiation Forms (JIFs)
  • Campaign management responsibilities:
    • Create detailed tracking sheets for each campaign
    • Weekly tracking of all campaigns
    • Weekly Third Party tracking of all applicable campaigns
  • Work w/ CNE Sales Planner, Corporate Partnership Directors, CN Brands, & Ad Operations to:
    • Launch all campaigns
    • Monitor delivery
    • Implement all optimizations
    • Update and track pipeline
    • Upsell existing clients/help sell unsigned clients
  • Responsible for weekly updates to campaign prospects
  • Hold weekly campaign review meetings with Ad Operations Representative(s) and Sales Planner
  • Fill in Spec sheets on client RFP templates
  • Work with Finance, Ad Operations and Inventory teams on approval of all campaigns
  • Update monthly Third Party Numbers (TPN) worksheet
  • Gather screen shots for all ad placements
  • Serve as the point of contact in Sales for billing discrepancies
  • Pull basic research runs for MediaMetrix, @Plan, Kantar, and Advertising Database
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Windows, Mac, Salesforce, Peoplesoft, Keynote and Microsoft Office
  • 2-3 year minimum experience in a Video/Digital Media/Agency role
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and all other Microsoft Office applications
