As the Ad Platforms manager you'll have the opportunity to help us convert our systems to a best in class ad stack, while being part of a best in class operations team. Our group is proactive, transparent and we always seek to initiate positive changes in our business.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Manage inventory setup/forecasting in ad server and other inventory management platforms
-Streamline operating process and provide best practices
-Educate teams on latest industry trends, standards, and tools
-Be the strategic go-to person in Advertising Operations to help groups be successful with their advertising-related product developments
-Manage day-to-day relationships with 3rdparty vendors and ensure that XO Group’s priorities are actively being addressed
-Partner with direct manager on continuous improvement and growth opportunities for the department and division
-About 5% of the position will include ensuring success of offshore trafficking team and provide trafficking support when team is unavailable


-Minimum 3-4 years in a technical or online operations function for a top-tier publisher, agency, or network supporting online display, video, and/or mobile advertising campaigns
-At least 2 year using DFP/DART with a fundamental understanding of ad tagging
-Ability to analyze and troubleshoot ad creative issues from clients
-Excel savvy (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs), and can derive conclusions off of large data sets
Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
-Ability to work and prioritize cross functionally with excellent communication skills
