We have an immediate opportunity for a Paid Media Manager/Associate Director to join our StudioOnline practice. StudioOnline is a global, full-service team of creative and digital professionals who work with a range of global clients. In this role, your teammates will include individuals from a broad range of disciplines including print and interactive design, broadcast production, user experience, content development, programming, media buying and campaign management. Clients will include globally recognized organizations such as Fortune 500 companies, multinationals, not-for-profits and NGO’s.

• Manage our in-house paid media operation, including planning, strategy, optimization, monitoring and fulfillment/execution for online, social media, print, outdoor, and broadcast media advertising
•Work with a team of in-house staff and select external vendors to plan, buy, fulfill, monitor and optimize paid media
•Assist in the management of a range of vendors and freelancers

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in paid media planning and/or buying within a media buying agency or group, corporate/in-house media group, advertising agency, marketing or PR firm
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
•Experience managing large scope projects that require coordination across internal and external teams under tight deadlines
•Strong understanding of the production process across all media
•Ability to diplomatically and effectively communicate at all levels, manage multiple work streams and drive projects to completion on time and within budget
•Collaborative team player
