Responsibilities:
•Lead a talented team of content strategists and producers developing and executing the multi-platform strategy and programming for Comedy Central shows such as Key & Peele, Workaholics, Tosh.0, The Amy Schumer Show and more.
•Manage flow of communication among production team and senior staff, show executives, Press, Programming, Marketing, Ad Sales and other stakeholders within Comedy Central or elsewhere
•Serve as department liaison for the shows and properties
•Hire and train production team responsible for maintenance, delegate responsibilities to producers, coordinators and production assistants; manage their project details and workload.
•Work with show producers and the CC Development team to develop digital content and product ideas to support the launch and on-going multi-platform presence of each show.
•Partner with Product and UX/UI team to ensure new products and features support and enhance cross-platform content
•Work with Ad Sales and Integrated Marketing to develop concepts and implement sponsorships
•Identify and hire freelance resources (creative, talent) when necessary.
•Leverage social networking platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram to build and interact with the shows.
•Work with Research group to monitor and analyze traffic trends and usage across platforms.


Basic qualifications:
•7+ years of digital strategy experience with at least 3 years in a management role
•Solid understanding of the production role within a cross-platform environment
•Experience managing mobile products or services
•Excellent communication skills required
•B.A. degree


Desired qualifications:
•Tech understanding a plus but not required
•Advanced degree preferred
