-Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years experience in interactive project management
-Ability to understand and document project requirements and dependencies
-Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
-Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
-Understanding of business and functional requirements
-Experience with the design and development websites and an understanding of web technologies and third party applications and platforms
-Mobile and social media/community experience an asset
-Understanding of complex application development projects a plus
-Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with ever-changing deadlines
-Proven ability to solve problems; a realistic understanding of when and how to elevate an issue
-Demonstrated ability to maintain a mature, calm, and professional relationship with clients, coworkers, and management
-Ability to be flexible, have a positive attitude, and work as part of a team to make compromises that meet the needs of all parties
-Enthusiastic team player who looks out for others, provides guidance, and readily shares knowledge
