Director, Client Solutions
This position is located in Manhattan, New York Reporting to Department VP - Help generate revenue through the development of insight-lead integrated marketing solutions for National Sales/Account Executives. Job Requirements· BA/BS required · 10+ years insight-lead Media Sales Marketing/Sponsorship and strategy development experience with a strong digital background. At least 5 years of management experience. Must posses and demonstrate a highly creative and unique solutions oriented mindset. · Must understand all distribution platforms and be familiar with the changing media and marketing landscape. Must be able to demonstrate track record of groundbreaking insight driven marketing solutions for clients, across multiple platforms. · Must be able to demonstrate thought leadership, assist in the development of insight-selling skills to the staff and help to manage heavy workload of RFPs and proactive pitches. · Experience needed around working in Ad Sales Marketing at a large, multi-dimensional company across multiple brands · Must demonstrates exceptional verbal and written presentation skills · Must possess core behaviors e.g., consumer insights, creativity, strategic thinking, client service, interpersonal skills, communication, problem-solving, teamwork & enthusiasm · Strong ability to demonstrate leadership both internally and externally · Must be able to lead team(s) through influence and engagement · Ability to effectively manage complex relationships with a variety of internal/external counterparts · Must thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and be comfortable with change · Strong work ethic and organizational skills · Managerial agility and ability to flex work style and prioritize projects · Ability to manage through ambiguity and change · Expertise in Keynote, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
