We're looking for an experienced Studio Manager who is super-organized, a stellar communicator, and wired to work in a fast-paced, small-studio environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and likes dogs.

Must also have:
-A positive attitude and sense of humor.
-At least 2 years of administrative experience (preferably in a creative field); customer-facing experience.
-The ability to juggle multiple and shifting priorities.
-Understanding of Word, Excel, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest.
-Bachelor's degree

Writing talent is a huge plus, but not absolutely required.

Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day operations, including answering phones and general email; overseeing maintenance of facilities; maintaining library and files; ordering supplies and equipment; preparing expense reports; managing calendars and time tracking; coordinating meetings, travel and events; and running errands.
-Assist team in research, writing, proofreading, sourcing, and other projects as needed. (Assignments will be based on skills of candidate.)
-Administratively support studio principals.
-Support marketing efforts, including managing social media and website, preparing contest materials, planning events, and maintaining contact lists.
-Support HR, including processing resumes and portfolios, helping hire and onboard permanent and freelance staff, and managing employee recognition events.
-Support IT by liaising with external IT team, tracking all software and ensuring processes are running smoothly.
