The Account Director is the liaison between the client and the agency’s creative, media and production teams. The successful applicant will help promote hit television series like “Homeland” and “Ray Donovan.” This position works primarily on Showtime B2B advertising and direct mail projects, but may work with other clients as well.

The Account Director is responsible for:
•Bringing projects on time, on strategy, and on budget (with a smile)
•Timely and thorough development of creative briefs, estimates and schedules
•Presenting campaign concepts, creative and media plans to clients with confidence
•Providing clear, concise and well-reasoned strategic direction
•Solving problems, and proactively preventing them from arising
•Budget management and invoicing
•Meeting clients’ needs while being an advocate for the agency and cultivating positive relationships with internal departments
•Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

•Excellent spoken and written communication skills
•Strong presentation and negotiation skills
•Confident, tactful and persuasive manner
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•The ability to keep clients happy, handle tight deadlines with agility and jump through hoops when required
•A willingness to work the hours needed to get the job done
•The ability to juggle multiple projects and exhibit grace under pressure
•Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote)
•Must like dogs (there’s an office pooch)
