Leading academic publisher seeks a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator. In this pivotal role the ideal candidate would be a self-starter who brings a “can do” attitude to the following key responsibilities:
- Sales support and trouble shooting for a team of driven outside sales reps
- Coordinating conferences
- Organizing sales meetings
- Providing first line technology support for key products

The ideal candidate will have a “get it done now” attitude and works well in time sensitive situations. Possess two years of professional/administrative work experience preferably in a sales/marketing role within publishing. Good project management skills, excellent organizational and communications skills, strong detail-oriented and multi-tasking ability, and strong technology/computer skills.

In addition, candidates who have graduated from a publishing institute; that have ability/familiarity with language learning, marketing, graphic design programs and CRM’s are encouraged to apply.
