Seeking a highly professional, detail oriented individual with excellent written and communication skills for full time senior level position overseeing operations of international tour company.

Responsibilities include:

•confirming details and logistics of private international luxury tours
•processing and distributing client documents
•communicating with suppliers and clients
•overseeing operations procedures and communications within the office
•ensuring seamless coordination of services throughout the tours
•processing visas
•maintaining databases, collateral materials and supplies
•administrative duties
•using own initiative to develop and create new materials and processes to enhance operations department and client experience
•attending trade events and supplier meetings
•general leadership and managerial responsibilities

Requirements include:

•5+ years of experience
•proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
•extreme attention to detail
•exceptional organizational skills
•excellent written and communication skills
•ability to “see the big picture”
•extensive prior travel experience in our tour destinations and/or travel industry experience a plus


This position is full-time and based in New York City. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
