Support Specialist Traffic/Ad Delivery
What you ll do * Interpret and resolve client user requests concerning Mediaocean system use. * Manage and monitor system issues. * Serve as a proficient analyst for our clients; delving into client processes and serving as a subject matter expert from a functional level. * Conduct on-site support to ensure clients are confident and knowledgeable on our systems. * Interact daily with planners, buyers and traffic staff.What you ll bring to the job * Minimum of 10+ years station/traffic operation or Ad deliverables, asset distribution experience * Knowledge of industry media asset formats and their uses such as SD, HD and 3D * Proven ability to understand Quality Control process for QC of assets to meet technical broadcast specifications * A proven understanding of encoding, watermarking and close captioning * An understanding of specifications for station deliverables * Experience with agency systems or related software/applications a plus * Customer service background or client facing experience * Strong research and analytical skills * A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, manage client expectations and deliver on-time with accuracy * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Minimum BA/BS requiredWhat we would also like to see * Sense of energy, pride and ownership in your performance * A proactive and innovative problem solver * Desire to learn new technology and take on new responsibilities outside the scope of current expertiseWhat?'s next:If you are ready to be a part of something exciting, please apply online.
