The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years of previous online publicity and social media marketing experience. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage campaigns across social media marketing, digital PR initiatives. This person will also manage a coordinator and be the main point of contact with clients. In addition to account management, the job will entail brainstorming creative concepts and spearheading new business initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop overarching and campaign strategies for our clients
•Conceptualize and execute digital PR and social media marketing campaigns, including digital partnerships and promotions
•Pitch to secure high-profile placements (exclusive or non-exclusive) for clients on major portals, blogs and social networks, and oversee outreach/content distribution
•Generate impactful and creative pitch ideas
•Draft creative and innovative online marketing strategies for major television and motion picture clients.
•Develop and execute online promotions for online marketing campaigns
•Participate in brainstorming meetings to come up with creative ways to market client campaigns
•Manage weekly campaign status reporting for clients and lead client calls/meetings
•Work with team to organize promotions and contests
•Operate as client contact on select accounts/campaigns

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
•Knowledge of social media marketing, digital PR and content syndication
•Exceptional communication (both listening and writing) skills
•Relationship building skills

EXPERIENCE
•Experience in social media marketing, including blogging, discussion forms marketing, PR and social media management
•Deep understanding of online space from a digital PR perspective, knowledge of site features, and relationships with site editors
•Experience crafting pitches

QUALIFICATION
•Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years experience in online marketing
