•General: Must have 5-7 years of Marketing or PR experience with a strong digital foundation. Assertive problem solving skills and client interaction are critical for this role.

•Team Leadership: Required to have the ability not only to manage projects, but also to lead and manage internal resources – both direct reports, and interfacing with other departments.

•Blogger Relations: Must show experience in managing blogger relationships to deliver valued results. Familiarity with key tech bloggers is required, however should be able to effectively manage blogger relations in related sectors.

•Hi-Tech/Consumer Technology Experience: Ideal candidate will have experience working with technology brands and demonstrate a deep understanding of technology terminology and differentiate between b2b and consumer tech. Must have experience developing programs for tech clients.
•Social Media & Advocate Influencer Management: Account Manager must maintain leading expertise in both established and emerging social platforms. Must be able to clearly demonstrate an understanding of editorial content and the key concepts around measuring and leveraging digital influence at the publisher, blogger and consumer levels. May have the opportunity to manage communities for our brands and help create and drive content decisions.

•Partnership Management: Experience in coordinating partnership marketing initiatives is preferred.

•Client Services experience is strongly preferred as the Account Manager is responsible for overseeing key aspects of client communication – from launch, through campaign planning and reporting.

•Creative & Tech Savvy: Due to the adaptive nature digital campaigns and our companies’ use of proprietary and 3rd-party technology platforms, creative energy and technical prowess will be an important factor in the final selection process.

Position Requirements:
• Experience leading social media or influencer relations projects in the technology sector
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the latest web design and development trends
• Strong understanding of the social media space and it’s functionality
• Strong work ethic and passion
• Willingness to work and thrive in a team environment
