Associate Integrated Marketing Manager
Primary Responsibilities: •Ideation: Writing & presentation of proposals, presentations and programs for a variety of categories across all Prevention properties.•Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing counterparts to ideate, develop and implement integrated media strategy including executing of programs across print, digital, mobile, social, and event platforms.•Execution: Project manage sold programs across all media platforms. Engage and oversee internal departments and outside vendors to achieve successful outcomes. Manage individual budgets•Development: Help write and develop sales support collateral such as sell sheets, media kit materials, comps, etc. •Management: Responsible for management of select Prevention marketing programs such as in-book and online promotional listings, cover stickers, category related programs, etc. Requirements: •Min. 2-3 years of advertising/marketing experience•Candidate must have strong balance of strategic and creative skills and experience in developing compelling integrated marketing programs•Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting skills required •Highly pro-active and solution-oriented, a team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and client skills •Detailed oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast- paced, high-volume work environment•Working knowledge of digital highly recommended: from web advertising units/capabilities to implementation of digital marketing concepts, knowledge and comfort with social media platforms, apps, and tablet platforms for media/publishing•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.When applying to this position, please include a cover letter and if applicable, sample clips, and sample media appearances with your application.
