Salary Description:

Minimum seven (7) years experience managing sales teams in a directly-related business environment
Significant experience with buy/sell process with national agency buyers (network & syndication) as well as direct clients required
First hand and sales management experience in MVS markets is required
A strong presence in the market and industry are required
Strong TV show production background either on studio and/or network side a plus
Syndication experiences a plus

Ability to manage and add value to a senior team of sophisticated, self-sufficient sellers
Ability to juggle external focus (client/agency relationships and sales calls) with internal responsibilities (people management, estimates, pricing and negotiations)
Comprehensive knowledge and experience of strategic sales and marketing
Ability to create and sell ideas and client solutions
Ability to leverage diverse assets into significant opportunities across multiple platforms
Ability to negotiate large scale, multi-platform deals on tight deadline schedules
Established stable of direct relationships with agency buyers and direct clients including, but not limited to, native marketing/branded entertainment as well as national/syndication :30 spots
Strong understanding of clients' marketing/business strategies, tactics and challenges
