The manager of consumer products marketing will report to the senior director of consumer products marketing.

RESPONSIBITIES:

•Responsible for the development of Nickelodeon Consumer Products cross-category marketing plans in support of retail agnostic campaigns including: TV, Digital, Print, Social Media, Press, Product-focused sizzles
•Coordinate with Consumer/Property Marketing teams to obtain the latest Nick property updates and launches for inclusion in sales materials including one-sheets and other useful sales tools.
•Work with the Nickelodeon Event Marketing team to source venues, recommend and engage catering, and coordinate development of materials to execute a quality Consumer Products focused event including, but not excluding others: Studio Swings, Retail Roadshows, Open Houses, Entertainment Councils, Vendor Summits
•Maintain a calendar of retail agnostic programs and implement a system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective campaign management.
•Route all materials and submissions internally and provide timely written feedback to internal stakeholders and/or vendors.
•Assist with the development and submission of creative briefs and managing the creative process with Nickelodeon Creative Resources (NCR & NCA).
?Assist with the execution of all television, print, in-store, and online advertising.
?Manage advertising schedules and NCR production schedules
?Route all advertising for approval and manage respective budgets
•Draft meeting summaries and distribute to key stakeholders.
•Create recaps of all campaigns inclusive of results.
•Assist on other projects as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and solid follow-up
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interface with all levels of management
•Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks
•Creative thinker
•Ability to work both in a team environment as well as autonomously
•Bachelor’s degree
•5+ years experience in Marketing
•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
•Understands relationships between functional groups and impacts or influences results and processes
•Serves as a team member and informal leader and manages own assignments

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•Business or Marketing degree concentration preferred
•Experience/knowledge of consumer products business and/or retail landscape preferred
